HEMP - The Demonized Miracle Plant

In contrast to the official history, hemp was not banned for it's drug qualities, but because it was a natural competitor to powerful industrial interests in the 1930s, in particular the Rockefeller Petrochemical and the Hearst Wood Paper agenda. On the side it was also used as a means to harrass it's mostly colored users and to provide new work for the Bureau of Prohibition which had become obsolete after the re-legalization of alcohol.

For these narrow-minded interests a plant was demonized, which had played a major role in the development of civilizations all over the planet and had the potential to be a major contributor for eco-friendly technologies of the future. It can be grown without the use of pesticides and does not deplete the soil.

It's wide range of uses include:

  • Fibre for Textiles, Canvas, Sails, Ropes, Building Material
  • Inner Core for non-toxic Paper Production, base for Organic Plastic Products
  • Seeds for Oil for Food and Energy Production such as Bio-Diesel
  • Foliage for Medical Use and Recreation
